The côte de boeuf is the forerib with the ribs French trimmed - a huge rib eye steak with the bone in and with plenty of fat for added flavour. Wonderful as a centrepiece for a special occasion or a big, family Sunday roast.
We cut these as 2 rib joints, serving approximately 6 people.
