Welcome to our shop. Our organic grass-fed beef hangs for 28 days in our chiller at the farm and then is butchered here in our state-of-the art facility. It is then frozen to preserve it in its perfect state and is shipped to you by courier in an ice packed insulated box for you to defrost on arrival or put straight in the freezer.

We don't currently have any of our organic lamb available to buy but we'll update you when it is in the shop again.
